What is the difference between Delegue Chat and the AI agent?

Delegue Chat is the platform where your team works, with channels, pipeline, scheduling and reports. The AI agent works inside it: it answers first at any hour, qualifies, sends materials, books appointments and hands the contact over to the team.

Which channels does Delegue Chat connect?

WhatsApp, through the official API or a QR code, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and website chat. Several agents can use the same WhatsApp number.

How much does Delegue Chat cost?

How do I sign in?

Click Sign in and use your email and password, your Google account or your company's SSO, when it is set up. People without access yet receive an invitation from their company's account administrator.

How Delegue Chat uses your Google Account.

Connecting Google is optional and only happens when a user authorizes it. We use Google data only for the features below, which the user can see inside the app.

Sign in with Google

We use your name, email address and profile picture to create and authenticate your access to Delegue Chat.

Google Calendar

When a company connects a Google Calendar account, Delegue Chat lists the calendars that account can write to, so you can choose where to publish, and creates, updates and removes in them the events for bookings made in Delegue Chat. Delegue Chat does not read or change any other event in your calendar.
